MANILA, Philippines – Supporters of former president Rodrigo Duterte staged their own rally in front of Camp Aguinaldo Gate 4 on Sunday, September 21, the same day of the Trillion Peso March at the nearby People Power Monument.
Police said the Duterte supporters had no rally permit, but police were implementing maximum tolerance.
