The Philippines has so much to offer, their culture and norms are way undervalued, we coming from the west have a tendency to focus on some negative aspects, I have done this also, however thx to you I keep my eyes on all that is great here and this includes you of course. You ARE the definition of a GREAT Filipina…
mia your the best
thank you for your videos. it is entertaining and helps us
I feel all countries have there good and bad points, I think one of the best parts of the Philippines is the people. Some of the best people I've met come from your country. I have a Filipino family living down the road from me. I expressed my interest in going there for a visit one day and the husband told me he would have one of his friends take care of me if I do go. We chat all the time and I enjoy his family's company.
Well done Mia … by the way what is OFW?
You're spot on, I love it here in Tigaon Cam Sur.
" I SHALL RETURN " 🇺🇲🇵🇭
Excellent job my love…
@Mia once again a very informative and positive talk. Thank you for being a strong and positive role model for the Philippines. @Paul you got a good one here. I know your thoughts on the subject but I'd put a ring on her if I were you
Always lovely to hear you share your knowledge of the Filipino way of life and love ❤️
I am from Australia and have a Filipina GF who reflects the beauty of your country and the wonderful values you believe so deeply in
I wish I can live there soon..

Parents, GrandParents, Grandchildren, sister-in-law, brother-i -laws, the piglets on the backyard …. they will be "all" depending on you….😂😂😂 ( even the Ex-husband could show up asking for money to leave the family alone…)

A little piece of advice, Mia. Practice speaking from your heart and mind. Choose a topic and discuss it with Paul.
Simply put; there's nothing like a Filipino girl
Wow…..what a great vlog! More info here than I've found in any other video. Interesting that you mention MacArthur….my father was among those who helped liberate Leyte from the Japanese. In less than a week after the initial invasion Tacloban was returned to civilian Filipino rule. The next couple of months were not as easy. Lots and lots of rain and he spent a couple of days with pinoys after getting separated from his unit. Most spoke English but just too much rain to even look for anyone else. There were stories of the bravery of filipinos and not just the soldiers. Many barefooted teenagers (boys and girls) and maybe even younger, would carry supplies to Americans at great risk. And even under those difficult conditions most were happy and smiling. I think maybe he just liked being around some girls after all that time without any! Anyway, he made it back and I was born 18 months later. One sad note…. much of what you're describing is what America was like when I was growing up. There is one political party here that seems to constantly try and destroy family and religion so that people will turn to them for help. I am concerned for our future. Please don't change!
great job Mia, I love the Philippines and the Filipino people, I live in Hawaii where about 30 percent of the population is Filipino and what you say is dead on, Im going to marry a Filipina, I love your culture, love your country, love the people.
After you said cut off I had to look at the video again. Lol
Mia, thanks for another awesome video, and keep the great videos coming. I'm subscribed to both your channel and Paul's as well. You both create excellent and extremely informative videos about life in the Philippines. Paul's western perspective and your Filipina perspective are a great combination. I'm very much looking forward to July 2023, when I will be moving there.
THANK YOU FOR THE INFO, HAVE A BLESS DAY/NIGHT.
