Bring your family for an evening of live music, dance, and artmaking at Kidspace’s Sunset Music Series.

Enjoy extended museum hours and live interactive multicultural performances on select Fridays throughout the summer. Each Sunset Music Series event features themed live performances and art activities. Dance and sing along, get a little silly, and make unforgettable summer memories together at an outdoor concert series designed just for kids and families.
Plus, for a limited time, explore Wired for Wonder, the mind-bending multisensory maze that combines science and art in thrilling new ways. Then tantalize your tastebuds at the brand-new Chill Lab experience, a flavorful celebration of scientific innovation and frosty treats that puts the “mmm” in multisensory. Your evening admission ticket includes access to Wired for Wonder from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Chill Lab tickets are available for $8.
Performances are in the Stone Hollow Amphitheater at 5:30 pm and 7:00 pm, and the museum will be open until 8:00 pm. Bring your own picnic or purchase food from the cafe or food trucks. The Sunset Music Series is included with general admission and free for members.

Clap along as Técnica Arte y Folklore brings colorful twills and lively steps of Mexican folk dance as they explore cultures throughout Mexico. - July 25 – Journey through the Philippines
Experience the vibrant traditions of the Philippines with dance group Kayamanan Ng Lahi. Through dynamic dance, music, and song, this interactive performance celebrates the richness and diversity of Filipino culture and heritage. - August 8 – Taiko Drum Jam Session
Feel the beat with TAIKOPROJECT. This electrifying ensemble blends traditional Japanese drumming with modern rhythms and style for a high-energy performance that’s bold, powerful, and unforgettable. - August 22 – Afro-Latin Summer Jam
Groove to the sounds of Masanga Marimba playing traditional and popular music from Africa and Latin America. The eclectic ensemble includes Zimbabwean marimbas, drums, percussion, trumpet, trombone, and vocals. - September 5 – The Beauty and Sounds of Korea
Discover the vibrant traditions of Korea with the Korean Classical Music and Dance Company. Enjoy dynamic drum dances, graceful fan and flower crown dances, and mesmerizing music performed on traditional instruments.
