Starting July 21, Cork Elite’s Main Dining Room will welcome non-members for:
- The Tasting Menu by Chef Gino Catalon
- An all-new à la carte menu
- Signature cocktails and bar offerings
- Wines by the bottle from our prestigious cellar at retail price.
While the main dining is now open to the public, private dining rooms and VIP spaces remain exclusively for Cork Elite members.
We import only quality wines from top global producers, with a commitment to elevating the Philippine wine culture through access, education, and experience.
About the tasting menu
The tasting menu is available from Monday to Saturday (6:00 PM to 9:30 PM) and is set to launch on July 21, 2025, at the Cork Elite Main Building, W5th Building, BGC.
Tasting menu options:
- 7-Course Menu – ₱6,500
- 5-Course Menu – ₱5,500
- Wine Pairing – add ₱2,500
- Cocktail Pairing – add ₱1,500
Prices are inclusive of 10% service charge, VAT, and local taxes.
Limited seats available nightly. Reservations are highly recommended for this intimate culinary experience.
About the chef
Chef Gino Catalon is the head chef of Cork Group. Trained in some of Manila’s most refined kitchens, Chef Gino brings a fresh, modern perspective to Filipino cuisine. With a focus on balance, innovation, and elegance, he leads Cork Elite’s culinary vision with heart and discipline.

Before joining Cork Elite in 2023, he worked at esteemed establishments such as The Vault and Gallery by Chele. He also served as a culinary instructor at Lyceum of the Philippines University. Since joining the company, Chef Gino has crafted 35 to 40 expertly curated wine pairing menus, showcasing his creativity and refined palate.
