For the second year in a row, Jollibee’s signature Chickenjoy has been hailed as the best fried chicken across all US-based fast food chains, which is a feat that not only underscores its quality but also proves the brand’s global appeal.

The ranking, published by USA Today’s 10Best, was based on a combination of expert recommendations and public voting. Jollibee came out on top ahead of nine other strong contenders, including Pollo Campero, Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken and household US names like Chick-fil-A, KFC and Popeyes.

“Thank you to @usatoday @10best and all our fans for naming us the #1 Fast Food Fried Chicken two years in a row!!!” Jollibee enthusiastically shared in a social media post, celebrating the back-to-back win.

USA Today’s 10Best editors described the chain as the “fastest-growing Asian restaurant company in the world,” with more than 1,700 branches globally. Its Chickenjoy continues to win hearts with its crispy skin, juicy meat and the must-have silky gravy that many say elevates the entire experience.

“They’re best known for Chickenjoy… don’t forget to dip it in their silky gravy,” 10Best noted, reaffirming the chicken’s cult following.

Jollibee’s story in the US began in Daly City, California, back in 1998. Now, with its growing presence and another title to its name, it’s safe to say Chickenjoy is not just a Filipino favorite anymore, it’s for everyone in the world.
