SB19’s ‘Pagtatag! The Documentary’ to stream on Netflix this July

Fans of SB19 can soon relive the group’s global journey from the comfort of home as Pagtatag! The Documentary lands on Netflix on July 23, following its initial theatrical release in August 2024.

The film, directed by Jed Regala and produced by First Light Studios and 1Z Entertainment, offers an intimate and unfiltered look at the P-pop group’s world tour and evolution as self-managed artists. It delves deep into the triumphs and trials of SB19, not only as performers but as individuals navigating the pressures of fame.

Justin shared that the documentary feels “less scripted, more real,” giving audiences a rare glimpse into their behind-the-scenes experiences. Leader Pablo also opens up in the film about battling anxiety and panic attacks—an emotional revelation that shows the vulnerability behind their on-stage presence. Meanwhile, Ken noted how the project serves as a bridge between the group and their fans, deepening their bond.

Now featured in Netflix’s “Coming Soon” section, Pagtatag! promises to be a moving chronicle of SB19’s rise to international acclaim.
