Volcanic ashes are being put into good use as a mix in making quality bricks, hollow blocks & cement. They are also a good mix in sticky loam soils because volcanic ashes are mineral rich & the sandy texture helps lessen sticky loam soils for the roots to grow & spread easily. Plus, they can be used in skin care. In 1990s, when Mt. Pinatubo erupted, most ashes are used in construction buildings, roads & irrigation. I don't think Taal is a violent volcano because it constantly venting itself, plus the lake water & sea water could cool off the magma preventing a violent eruption.

First the ash, then if the volcano erupts, will it cause a tsunami? And if so how much land will it destroy, does anyone know?
