Thirty-two candidates have been officially named to compete for the Miss Grand Philippines 2025 crown, organizers announced during a press presentation on July 1 at Okada Manila.
This year’s field brings together a mix of seasoned competitors and fresh faces.
Among the most recognizable names are Emma Tiglao of Pampanga, Binibining Pilipinas Intercontinental 2019; Michelle Arceo of Taguig, second runner-up at Reina Hispanoamericana 2024; and Shannon Tampon of Bulacan, first runner-up at Miss Grand Philippines 2023.

The rest of the roster includes Beatriz Mclelland (Aklan), Chelsea Joy Arciaga (Alabang, Muntinlupa), Manilyn de Guzman (Bambang, Tarlac), Beamae Sumulong (Bataan), Sofia Francine Barles (Batangas), Margaret Briton (Bicolandia), Arianne Villareal (Caloocan City), Jasmine Garner (Filipino Community of Canada), Angeleyh Pasco (Davao Region), Nikki Buenafe Cheveh (Quezon City), Angel Dolor (Ilocos Region), Princess Tacazon (Ilocos Sur), Princess Mabata (Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay), Irish Anne Patco (Laguna), Alyssa Geronimo (Nueva Ecija), Mary Joy Suarez (Occidental Mindoro), Angelica Joy Flores (Pangasinan), Babylyn Namo (Parañaque), Anne Maureen Pasco (Poblacion, Muntinlupa), Dawn Salas (Quezon Province), Beatriz Angela Ocampo (Rizal Province), Carla Jane Torcido (Samar Island), Rona Rabina (Tanay, Rizal), Mary Rose Grande (Tarlac Province), Dianne Cabatulan (Valenzuela City), and Anita Rose Gomez (Zambales).
Applicants were initially screened through regional pageants and open submissions. A final selection round on May 24 narrowed the pool to 27, with five additional candidates added ahead of the official press launch, bringing the total to 32.

“These women represent the best of the country — resilient, driven, and empowered. It’s a dynamic mix. Some are coming back stronger, and some are making their big-stage debut,” said Arnold Vegafria, national director of Miss Grand Philippines.
The winner will succeed reigning queen CJ Opiaza of Zambales and represent the Philippines at Miss Grand International 2025 in Bangkok on Oct. 18.
Coronation night is scheduled for Aug. 12 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay. Other titles to be awarded include designations for international pageants such as Face of Beauty International, Miss Asia Pacific International, and Reina Hispanoamericana.
