A series of protest actions by several groups will be held in Metro Manila and nationwide in response to corruption involving flood control anomalies in government. This comes amid congressional hearings that exposed alleged corruption in the country.
Aside from the anti-corruption protest actions slated at the EDSA People Power Monument and the Luneta on Sunday, September 21, organizations have also scheduled similar demonstrations in the cities of Cebu, Bacolod, and Iloilo amid the flood control projects controversy.
