LG pays homage to the 127th Philippine Independence Day and launches the next generation of OLED and QNED TVs with Affectionate Intelligence, partnering with Isaiah Cacnio for a groundbreaking digital art exhibit that brings the nation’s rich culture, heritage, and biodiversity to life.

LG Philippines brought together art, technology, and cultural heritage in a groundbreaking showcase at the National Museum of Natural History. At the heart of this celebration is “Fragments”, a captivating digital art installation by Isaiah Cacnio—the first Filipino digital and motion graphics artist to be featured at the National Museum.

The exhibit, powered by LG’s cutting-edge OLED display technology, tells the story of the Philippines’ geological and ecological evolution. From fiery volcanic origins to the gentle flow of water and erosion of stone, “Fragments” captures the beauty and power of natural forces that shape both land and identity.

Running throughout June, the immersive exhibit features three digital masterpieces: “Where Fire Begins,” “Stories in Stone,” and “What Breaks, Flows.” These works blend science and emotion to reflect the resilience of the Filipino people. “Even in fracture, there is flow. Even in separation, there is connection,” Cacnio shares, underscoring how art mirrors the nation’s enduring spirit.

“It’s an honor to be part of LG’s global OLED Art movement, joining artists like Refik Anadol and Steve Harrington,” said Cacnio. Through platforms like LGOLEDArt.com, LG continues to empower digital artists by providing OLED as a medium for immersive, boundary-pushing expression.

A Gift to Culture and Progress

Further cementing its commitment to heritage and education, LG donated over ₱500,000 worth of OLED TVs, LG StanbyME units, and monitors to the National Museum of Natural History. This donation enhances how the museum presents its collections—transforming static displays into immersive, interactive experiences.

From its initial donation in 2018 to its recent support of the National Museum of Fine Arts, LG has consistently blended innovation with cultural appreciation. As the world’s No. 1 OLED TV brand for 12 consecutive years, LG continues to enrich lives by honoring the past and embracing the future.
