

Filipino-American singer Jessica Sanchez expressed gratitude for the support she received following her return to America’s Got Talent after almost two decades since her first audition.
In her Instagram, the Filipino-American singer shared a heartfelt post after the experience, thanking the viewers and the band that shared the stage with her as she performed “Beautiful Things” by Benson Boone.
“Thank you guys so much for all the overwhelming love! I wanna shout out these talented guys that shared the AGT stage with me. They elevated this song to the next level with their gifts and I’m so grateful to have shared this amazing moment with them! I couldn’t ask for a better band. Please show them lots of love guys,” she said.
Sanchez also shared in her IG Story about how she felt that night. “I can’t put into words how grateful I am for all the overwhelming love you guys have shown me tonight. I just hope to make you all proud!” she said.
In her short on-stage speech before performing, the singer talked about how much her life changed since her first audition twenty years ago, especially now that she is currently pregnant with her first child.
With the Golden Buzzer, Sanchez secures a spot in the live shows and officially begins her journey back on the AGT stage. —Elysa Cruz, trainee /edv
