Wednesday” star Emma Myers shared her feelings after delivering Filipino lines in an episode on the show’s second season.

The American actress, who plays Enid Sinclair, the werewolf best friend of Wednesday Addams (played by Jenna Ortega), opened up about speaking a foreign language in the second season’s sixth episode.

Clips of the actress speaking in Filipino previously went viral, when she confronted fellow werewolf Bruno Yuson (played by Noah Taylor) about the woman contacting him on his phone.

In the story, Enid and Bruno have been getting closer to each other.

Bruno initially said that it was his “mother,” but Enid, hearing his romantic words while on call, repeated his lines and then called him “manlolokong taksil.”

The actors, Emma included, were then asked about their feelings while shooting the challenging scene, which required them to speak in a foreign language.

The scene was played before her while in an interview, to which she embarrassingly closed her eyes.

“Oh my God, I can’t watch this!” the actress exclaimed.

“I haven’t seen any of this, oh my God, I’m gonna close my eyes!” Emma continued as the video of the scene continued to play.

When she watched herself speaking Filipino, she exclaimed, “Oh my God, I did it!”

“It’s such a hard language!” the American actress said in the interview.

“The two of us were literally pacing outside of our trailers, just reciting it. We both really tried! And that was probably the only good take they got of me saying it,” Emma added.

“Okay, so I was gonna say that it’s not as bad as I thought it would be. I’ve been really nervous to watch the scene! I’m sweating right now!” she continued, fanning herself.

The interview was uploaded on the show’s Instagram account on September 12 with the caption: “she came. she spoke. she conquered.”

The role of Bruno is played by Filipino-American teen actor and musician Noah, who “did a lot of takes” to secure the part. His mother is Filipino, while his father is American.

Netflix premiered the first four episodes of the second season of “Wednesday” in August, followed by the remaining episodes on September 3.

The latest season follows the titular character as she returns to Nevermore Academy, where fresh foes and woes await her.
