The roar of engines and the spirit of speed are set to take over Pampanga as the Clark International Festival of Speed (CIFOS) stages its 4 Wheel Festival from October 17 to 19, 2025, at the Clark International Speedway.
The three-day motorsport celebration will bring together racers, collectors, and enthusiasts for a mix of competition, lifestyle, and community. Organizers describe it as an “immersive experience” blending world-class racing with a curated showcase of car culture and innovation.
At the heart of the festival is the PHIMOS Cup, the official Philippine Motorsports Championship race series. The high-intensity showdown will feature the country’s top drivers competing for glory, putting their precision and technical mastery to the test on the famed speedway.
One of the highlights, the Tour d’Elegance on October 18, will parade rare classic cars, exotics, and custom builds in an exclusive, invite-only route through Clark’s scenic landmarks, ending with a ceremonial lap on the racetrack. The festival will also host Track Experience, where invited car clubs get the chance to drive on the same circuit used by champions.
Beyond the races, the Pitlane area will transform into a vibrant automotive hub, featuring top brands, aftermarket exhibitors, and lifestyle showcases. Food lovers can explore Rev & Dine, a curated space serving up local street eats amid the pulse of roaring engines.
As the sun sets, the track comes alive with The Grid After Dark, an open night meet welcoming all kinds of cars—classic, modified, and exotic—paired with music and entertainment under the night sky.
