For two nights only, Chef Anton Dayrit and Chef Tom Cunanan team up at the yet to open Tradicionale for a 7-course tasting menu of Filipino & Spanish-inspired cuisine, heritage, and the flavors that shaped their journeys.
Chef Tom is a James Beard Award winner and founding chef of D.C.’s acclaimed Bad Saint, once named the #2 Best New Restaurant in America by Bon Appétit. His cooking has earned 3-star reviews from The New York Times and The Washington Post.
Chef Anton, born in the Philippines and trained in NYC kitchens, blends his Spanish-Filipino roots and French technique as chef-owner of Tradicionale. We may not be open just yet, but this dinner is your chance to preview what’s to come through Anton’s lens.
Your ticket includes two paired glasses of beer or wine, with more available from our curated list.
Seating is limited. Don’t miss this two-night only collaboration celebrating brotherhood, culture, and the next chapter of Filipino cuisine in New York City.
