MANILA, Philippines — Actor Gerald Anderson is going back to where it all began, the “Pinoy Big Brother” house.
Anderson, who placed third in the reality competition show’s first-ever Teen Edition, was announced as the newest celebrity houseguest in the ongoing season, “Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition.”
“Ang pagbabalik ng Amboy Hottie sa Bahay Ni Kuya!” went the captions of posts announcing Anderson’s participiation, referencing the nickname he was coined in his original stint.
The actor is likely entering the “Pinoy Big Brother” house to promote his upcoming series “Sins of the Father” with Shaina Magdayao, JC de Vera, RK Bagatsing, and the love team of Francine Diaz and Seth Fedelin.
He is also coaching the Team Shooting Stars basketball team in the Star Magic All Star Games captained by Donny Pangilinan, who also had a brief stay in the house.
Anderson is the latest celebrity houseguest following the likes of Barbie Forteza, Heart Evangelista, Paulo Avelino, Charo Santos, Dingdong Dantes, and Kim Chiu — the latter Anderson’s former love team partner after winning their season.
Other celebrity guests stayed at least a night in the house like David Licauco, Korean star Kim Jisoo, Michelle Dee, and BINI members Stacey and Jhoanna.
