Barrio Fiesta is a lively Filipino cultural festival featuring traditional food, music, dance and community celebrations. It originated in the Philippines and is now celebrated abroad, particularly in the UK, where it brings together Filipino communities and showcases their heritage.
Last year’s Barrio Fiesta drew a crowd of 3,000 people and was a brilliant day out for all – you can see the highlights from 2024 here!
We are delighted to support this amazing community event with funding – come along to Queens Park for a fantastic day out celebrating local diversity and culture. The event is organised by the Cheshire East Filipino community group and this year’s theme is ‘Unity in Diversity’ with an emphasis on mental health and wellbeing.
