Leaders from the Principality of Cappadocia have arrived in Dubai to commence a week-long series of engagements focused on diplomacy, development, and potential cross-border partnerships. Ethical Estate, a Dubai-based boutique investment and real estate advisory firm, hosted the visiting delegation led by His Grace Duke Gerhart Wilhelm Walch, Her Grace Duchess Dr. Nancy Atmospera-Walch, and Baron James Gray Robinson.
The delegation was warmly received upon arrival at Dubai International Airport, where they were greeted with leis and floral bouquets by Ethical Estate co-founders Daniel White and Princess Juan, who were instrumental in bringing the Principality’s top leaders to the UAE.

Meeting with Emirati Royalty
As part of their official courtesy calls, the guests had the honor of meeting His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Bin Faisal Al Qassimi, a prominent member of the Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah Ruling Family.
The delegation also visited the majlis of His Excellency Sheikh Awad Mohamed Bin Sheikh Mujren, a respected figure in the Gulf region’s business and the Director General of Emirates Travelers Festival.
The evening featured intimate discussions over a traditional Emirati dinner, joined by high-profile leaders including Kazakhstan Ambassador Rauan Zhumabek, further reflecting the international scope of the visit.
Both the Duke and Duchess have significant philanthropic and developmental portfolios. Dr. Nancy Atmospera-Walch, a Filipino-American healthcare leader, serves as Minister of Health and Wellness of the Principality and is the founder of the Nancy Atmospera-Walch School of Nursing at the University of Hawai’i. Her husband, Duke Gerhart Walch, is the Secretary of State and Prime Minister of the Sovereign and Royal House of Cappadocia and also leads Mayan Plantation Ltd., a 60-square-mile landholding in Belize poised for transformation into a smart eco-tourism community.
